Returns

We get it. Sometimes things just weren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to make a return for a refund, we’ve made it easy.

1. Contact us at caprielboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return.
2. There is a $8 processing fee per return when made through our return portal.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all product tags, and in its original packaging.
5. Once we receive the returned merchandise your money will be refunded back to you.
6. Return label fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your total on all returns if a submitted return request was used for a prepaid return shipping label.
7. Refunds don't include the shipping cost unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.

If you decide to return with your own carrier, you must provide us with a return tracking number. If you're package gets lost in transit, we take no responsibility of that return.
